Additionally, we carry many replacement parts for all of our products such as, post caps, clamps and so on. Our supply counter is open to the public, during normally accepted business hours of course.

Part of our commitment is to contact you up to one day before a material only order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse. This includes a seven day notice before an installation team arrives to put your fence up. Some of the other aspects that we handle are:

Packaging:

The package that our  easy to assemble kits come in facilitate shipping certain items more easily. For more information on what a kit is to contact one of our sales representatives and they will be glad to answer all of your questions.

Price and Sales Tax:

Pricing on all of our products is subject to change and any sales promotion will supersede any price quoted  or stated prices in one of our catalogues. Furthermore, we collect all applicable sales taxes.

Domestic shipping:

All domestic shipping is sent via UPS. All shipping costs are therefore approximate with possible additional charges for out of the way destinations. In cases involving motor freight, we only will ship to a verifiable street address. In addition, for verification purposes all shipments require a signature upon receiving. We also require a contact phone number so the carrier can contact you for delivery notification purposes. Subsequent to delivery the driver is not responsible for off loading. This means that there must be access to equipment at the delivery site for this purpose and someone to operate it successfully.

Custom Orders

We have the ability to custom design any type of fence or gate to meet a specific height or colour as requested by a customer. The items presented on our website are stand alone items or can be used as a base for a new idea at an increased expense. If you wish to inquire about a custom design, feel free to call us and together we will work out the details and make it happen.

Cancelled Orders

There are times when mistakes are made and if a customer feels that they have mis-ordered or ordered by mistake they can call 613-745-4600. We do not enjoy seeing ourselves or our customers receiving something they do  not want. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
